Note on Data Deletion: While you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, please note that we are legally mandated by the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and other statutory requirements to retain certain records (including identification and transactional data) for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of the conclusion of the business relationship.
