Credit & FICA Authorization: By proceeding, you hereby grant express consent to SA Rechargeable (Pty) Ltd and its authorized credit providers or agents to process my/our personal and/or business information for the purposes of:
Performing a credit assessment via registered credit bureaus in accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA);
Conducting mandatory "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and due diligence as required by the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA); and
Assessing the suitability of the applicant for the requested service level. This consent remains valid for the duration of the application process and the subsequent term of any resulting agreement.
Privacy & Data Protection: SA Rechargeable (Pty) Ltd is committed to processing your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We implement industry-standard security measures to ensure the integrity and safety of your data. We will not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.
Note on Data Deletion: While you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, please note that we are legally mandated by the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and other statutory requirements to retain certain records (including identification and transactional data) for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of the conclusion of the business relationship.
